Military Bowl 2015 Near Annapolis: A Fun-Filled Day of Football, Friendly Competition, Camaraderie and Clydesdales!
December 11, 2015
Did you know that since its debut in 2008, the Military Bowl has donated more than a half-million dollars to the United Service Organizations (USO)? It's all part of the annual football game's mission to "positively impact the regional economy, generate broad support for the USO, and honor the U.S. military." And it does so with a fun-filled day of friendly competition and camaraderie!
This year, the game will pit Navy against Pitt, with kick-off taking place at 2:30 p.m. But before the players can execute any plays, there's pregaming to be enjoyed! In fact, the Military Bowl will be preceded by Fan Bowl Week in Annapolis. Fans can get pumped for the big game with a beer crawl and wine walk on Dec. 27, then on game day, they can head down to the Annapolis City Dock to watch the Budweiser Clydesdales trot by as part of the Military Bowl Parade. And don't forget to enjoy some revelry during the Official Military Bowl Tailgate! See you there, Annapolis!
