Happy Fathers Day, Annapolis!
June 16, 2017
This weekend is Fathers Day, and it's a day to show your father how much you care. Here are three fun things to do for Fathers Day in Annapolis.
- Make a brunch reservation. Everyone loves brunch, especially on a holiday like Fathers Day. Make a reservation for the whole family at one of the go-to brunch spots in Annapolis, such as Soul Annapolis, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant or Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill.
- Do a run. Take part in the Dawson's Father's Day 10K, a 10K run predominantly on the B&A Trail. The run takes place on Sunday, June 18, and prizes will be awarded. Registration is required and costs $5 to $20. The run starts at 8 a.m. at Severna Park High School.
- Go for a hike. If your dad is an outdoorsy type, hit the trails for a long hike to celebrate Fathers Day together. Head out to Quiet Waters Park, the Baltimore-Annapolis Trail Park or Broad Creek Park to spend the day in nature with your father or even your own kids.
